As you may have heard (if not, now you are), the Big Bear Artist Collective hit a bump in the road and fell off the proverbial wagon. At first, I was quite bummed because creating such a thing for the community was with the best of intentions and so fulfilling but in all honesty, I’m okay with it. Not gunna lie, it was adding levels of stress to my life that need not exist. I enjoy being an artist, and love my artist community but found myself carrying far more weight than I anticipated, so when I was met with resistance over and over and over again, I decided it was probably for the better… Literally the day after I called it off with the local vendors, I was invited to join a beautiful event at the same location that I did NOT have to stress over. Talk about Divine Intervention!! How LOVELY does this event sound?! Hope you have a chance to come on down this Sunday and join us :)
THEN, directly after this, I plan on jammin over to Crestline to join “the Kooks” for SUNDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS. I’ll be setting up my booth there as well, beside the launch pad. Last time I went to just scope it out so I didn’t really tell anyone about it and had a BLAST. The people, the paragliding show, the music, the food, the vendors… all of it is worth experiencing again and again and I would feel like a horrible friend if I didn’t tell you to come. Hope to see you at either or both of these events on Sunday!
Here are the details if you wish to join on that adventure!
